Hugo Fliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Alfredo Procopio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Procopio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacarias Firmin, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Zacarias Firmin succeeded in the game's 12th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Lorenzo Senon put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Alfredo Procopio. 28 minutes into the match, CebollitasFC's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Fidele came free, but Serafino Erasto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celso Celio in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafino Erasto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bernardo Cutberto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Serafino Erasto came out and tried to block the shot, but Bernardo Cutberto slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 34th minute. When Hugo Fliz came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the CebollitasFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Fliz couldn't finish the play. In the 39th match minute, Fitarruín AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Cutberto to maneuver through the defense. When CebollitasFC's Hugo Fliz in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fitarruín AFC's goalie prevented a goal. The Fitarruín AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CebollitasFC were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lorenzo Senon was the one to do the kick off. Javier Idacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Procopio having to interfere. Zacarias Firmin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hugo Fliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, CebollitasFC's Alfredo Procopio threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lorenzo Senon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Serafino Erasto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artemio Fidele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Fitarruín AFC's goalkeeper Alfredo Procopio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Javier Idacio. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lorenzo Senon in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfredo Procopio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bernardo Cutberto kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Alfredo Procopio came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by CebollitasFC's Hugo Fliz. But to his dismay, Hugo Fliz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When Celso Celio came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Fitarruín AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Celio couldn't finish the play. After 91 minutes, Tomás Bide mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CebollitasFC and the Fitarruín AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th match minute, CebollitasFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Fliz to maneuver through the defense. Serafino Erasto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Todor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CebollitasFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
