Pampichuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgard Hotz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laureano Rosio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lisandro Eufemio's late challenge caught a Pampichuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lisandro Eufemio helped the player get up and apologised. Lisandro Eufemio kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Gualterio Kemen in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alberto Etxekopar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alberto Etxekopar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gualterio Kemen in the 12th minute. 15 minutes into the match, La Maquina Roja's Arsenio Charro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alberto Etxekopar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 16 played minutes Arsenio Charro rounded Pampichuela's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. The supporters of La Maquina Roja booed when Pampichuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Figueroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victor Figueroa during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Claudio Papo's shot from long distance in the 25th minute was not bad at all, but Pampichuela's Alberto Etxekopar knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. La Maquina Roja's Gualterio Kemen got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgard Hotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Rosio having to interfere. Arsenio Charro struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Alberto Etxekopar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Maquina Roja. La Maquina Roja's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Claudio Papo in the 41st minute. La Maquina Roja's Claudio Papo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alberto Etxekopar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 46th minute of the match, Gualterio Kemen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alberto Etxekopar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After having played for 54 minutes, Arsenio Charro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Maquina Roja's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arsenio Charro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Laureano Rosio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Hotz in the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Lisandro Eufemio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Pampichuela's zone, Arsenio Charro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Etxekopar came out of the goal and Arsenio Charro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 71 minutes into the game, La Maquina Roja's Arsenio Charro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alberto Etxekopar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Gualterio Kemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Etxekopar having to interfere. Jonatan Ioritz hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Pampichuela defense, Arsenio Charro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alberto Etxekopar. The Pampichuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alberto Etxekopar should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Charro in the 91st minute of play forced Pampichuela's goalkeeper Alberto Etxekopar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Isidoro Oro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gualterio Kemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 96th minute Arsenio Charro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Etxekopar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
