Enrique Peruxu charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enrique Peruxu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Enrique Peruxu kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Victoriano Arlo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villa Pueyrredón FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tobatirenda the free kick. Rafael Llorenc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabian Gaitan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Llorenc in the 15th minute of the match. Maximiliano Urko's late challenge caught a Tobatirenda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximiliano Urko helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Villa Pueyrredón FC's Maximiliano Urko got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Arsenio Izotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 24 minutes, Gustavo Corderun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tobatirenda and the Villa Pueyrredón FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Tobatirenda:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Villa Pueyrredón FC:s goal. The referee gave Villa Pueyrredón FC a penalty, 25 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Victoriano Arlo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tobatirenda's Ciriaco Cordarrell. 1-0. Teo Beltza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ciriaco Cordarrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moises Gau might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciriaco Cordarrell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Moises Gau ran back to his position shaking his head. Angel Oton had several of the Tobatirenda's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 38 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Ciriaco Cordarrell as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Rafael Llorenc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Gaitan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Quico in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Ciriaco Cordarrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Oton in the 51st minute of play. If Angel Oton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teo Beltza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Cordarrell having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Aaron Quico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tobatirenda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Pueyrredón FC the free kick. A collision led to Tobatirenda getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Aaron Quico hit a great ball. Tobatirenda's Rafael Llorenc was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 78th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Villa Pueyrredón FC's zone, Rafael Llorenc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Gaitan came out of the goal and Rafael Llorenc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Villa Pueyrredón FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Tobatirenda for a fine match.
