Golondrinas Fc's Cosme Cambranes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Urtsua in the 4th minute of play. If Silvano Urtsua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th match minute, Golondrinas Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Abalos to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Silvano Urtsua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palomas's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Urtsua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cosme Cambranes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Palomas's Gustavo Karmel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Palomas from getting a goal against them. Iker Bizi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iker Bizi charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iker Bizi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zeledon Gelmiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Gustavo Karmel made a huge save. With his leg Gustavo Karmel managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Golondrinas Fc's Zeledon Gelmiro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the Golondrinas Fc defense, Adrian Normando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cosme Cambranes. The Golondrinas Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cosme Cambranes should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Palomas booed when Golondrinas Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Abalos didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fulgencio Jerrald fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golondrinas Fc's protests and gave Fulgencio Jerrald a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th minute, Fulgencio Jerrald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Golondrinas Fc players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Palomas were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Iker Bizi made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Iker Bizi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golondrinas Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palomas the free kick. If Angel Platon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidro Gai hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Cosme Cambranes was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Adrian Normando capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adrian Normando really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Silvano Urtsua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Adrian Normando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Golondrinas Fc fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Palomas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
