In the 34th minute, Arnaldo Baumer made a precise shot to the right of Constantino Lizer. Cajón's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After having played for 38 minutes, Arnaldo Baumer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itacaruaré FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Baumer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Igor Gipuzkoa made a precise shot to the right of Constantino Lizer. Cajón's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Igor Gipuzkoa struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Constantino Lizer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itacaruaré FC. Constantino Lizer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Gipuzkoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Igor Gipuzkoa was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes, Edgard Jago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Itacaruaré FC and the Cajón players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edgard Jago hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. When Arnaldo Baumer came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Itacaruaré FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Baumer couldn't finish the play. After 63rd play minutes Arnaldo Baumer shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Constantino Lizer and just under the crossbar into goal. Arnaldo Baumer in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Constantino Lizer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Nestor Bernat's late challenge caught a Cajón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nestor Bernat helped the player get up and apologised. After 69 played minutes Itacaruaré FC got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Bernat. Amado Quintyn came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Cajón's Marciano Distiratsu. But to his dismay, Marciano Distiratsu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Arnaldo Baumer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Lizer having to interfere. Cajón's Constantino Lizer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Gipuzkoa in the 80th minute of play. A hard shot 86 in the game by Arnaldo Baumer from a close distance when the talented Constantino Lizer managed to make a qualified save. Cajón's players were relieved. After 90 played minutes Itacaruaré FC got a freekick which was hit by Iker Heriberto. After 92nd play minutes Marciano Distiratsu shot 3-3, a short shot which went by Amado Quintyn and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, Cajón's Aquilino Hats got a free kick in the 96th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
