A collision led to Glew getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Fabio Pero hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Vicente Vergaray put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jacobo Olo. If Vicente Vergaray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Vergaray in the 12th minute of play forced Glew's goalkeeper Jacobo Olo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 13 minutes, Faustino Gaxan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los angeles and the Glew players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Vicente Vergaray came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Los angeles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicente Vergaray couldn't finish the play. Pascual Chesus might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Olo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pascual Chesus ran back to his position shaking his head. 22 minutes into the match, Vicente Vergaray had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Olo. Glew's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vicente Vergaray was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 27th minute, Vicente Vergaray got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 30th minute there was a penalty for Los angeles. Silvestre Montrelle stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jacobo Olo. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Chesus in the 36th minute of play forced Glew's goalkeeper Jacobo Olo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Glew's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Vergaray came free, but Jacobo Olo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabio Pero was shown his second yellow card after 42 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Fabio Pero hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After 47 played minutes Glew got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Elivareo. Jacobo Olo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vicente Vergaray's shot from short distance in the 49th minute. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gualterio Baristo to make the kick off. Glew's Gualterio Baristo got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacobo Olo came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Los angeles's Vicente Vergaray. But to his dismay, Vicente Vergaray quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Lucio Todor kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Los angeles's Jeremias Raebert got a free kick in the 67th minute. After 69 minutes of play, Los angeles's Silvestre Montrelle made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Olo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 78th minute, Vicente Vergaray ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Olo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. With a little luck, Glew's Jacobo Olo got control of the ball when Vicente Vergaray tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Los angeles defense, Lucio Todor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abelardo Rey. The Los angeles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abelardo Rey should have stopped the shot. Los angeles's Vicente Vergaray got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd minute Gualterio Baristo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Rey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Maximino Tohias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vicente Vergaray sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacobo Olo was a little too slow when Silvestre Montrelle got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 97th minute. The score was now 1-7. Los angeles's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
