Humberto Handi might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Florencio Kaiet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Humberto Handi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 38th minute, Florentino Lixandro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ochandio fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After having played for 42 minutes, Humberto Handi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ochandio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Handi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rigoberto Lorien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Lucado in the 46th minute of the match. Anastasio Guillelme got his second yellow card in the match during the 78th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After having played for 95 minutes, Remigio Rayman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ochandio played a much better game than Independiente and deserved their victory. The Independiente players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
