Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Raimundo Veremundo started the match with the kick off. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Bonifacio Rivero took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Cai Wei Ming to make any attempt to save it. Bonifacio Rivero in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cai Wei Ming, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cai Wei Ming made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bonifacio Rivero in the 11th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erubiel Cesario during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute of the match Fabricio Mendebal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ferenc Segesváry skillfully saved the ball. Joel Mercurio hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Bonifacio Rivero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cai Wei Ming having to make a save. After 30 played minutes Verdolaga FC got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Roldanillo. Rigoberto Quintyn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Ferenc Segesváry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Penca booed when Verdolaga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Mendebal didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Aquilino Cilio fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Penca's protests and gave Aquilino Cilio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Penca getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Aquilino Cilio hit a great ball. Bonifacio Rivero struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Cai Wei Ming didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Penca. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Javier Orland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cai Wei Ming showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Rivero, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd match minute, Verdolaga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Rea to maneuver through the defense. Rigoberto Quintyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferenc Segesváry having to interfere. Rigoberto Quintyn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Ferenc Segesváry made a huge save. The Penca support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
