Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Laureano Senio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Santo having to interfere. After 7 played minutes Giant Killing got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Costante. After some careless play in the Condado defense, Laureano Senio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicanor Santo. The Condado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicanor Santo should have stopped the shot. Nicanor Santo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Demario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laureano Senio in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicanor Santo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th minute, Carlos Tevez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicanor Santo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Giant Killing's Jean-Charles Graffin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Sugar in the 22nd minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Giant Killing's Laureano Senio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicanor Santo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Giant Killing's zone, Esteve Matro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean-Charles Graffin came out of the goal and Esteve Matro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Wilfredo Sugar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Anier Laurendi fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Condado's protests and gave Anier Laurendi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Giant Killing booed when Condado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anier Laurendi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Tevez charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Tevez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 43 played minutes Giant Killing got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Tevez. The Condado players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Giant Killing were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wilfredo Sugar to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Hector Saturnin sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Nicanor Santo threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Hector Saturnin this time. With his leg Nicanor Santo managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Giant Killing's Laureano Senio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Guido Iaki's late challenge caught a Giant Killing's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guido Iaki helped the player get up and apologised. After 57 played minutes Condado got a freekick which was hit by Guido Iaki. Jean-Charles Graffin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Sugar in the 60th minute of play. Nicanor Santo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Giant Killing's Laureano Senio shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-4 in the ordered_time% minute. Nicanor Santo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laureano Senio in the 69th minute. After 73 minutes of play, Giant Killing's Remigio Costante made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicanor Santo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Condado's zone, Anastasio Aresti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicanor Santo came out of the goal and Anastasio Aresti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 79 minutes of play, Giant Killing's Laureano Senio made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicanor Santo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jean-Charles Graffin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteve Matro in the 89th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Carlos Tevez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nicanor Santo. That made the score 1-7 in the 93 minute of play. Giant Killing played a much better game than Condado and deserved their victory. The Condado players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
