Jean-Charles Graffin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jean-Charles Graffin came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo SACAEMPATE's Herminio Furtado. But to his dismay, Herminio Furtado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Herminio Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Jean-Charles Graffin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laureano Senio in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evaristo Ganix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carlos Tevez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Evaristo Ganix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evaristo Ganix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laureano Senio, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evaristo Ganix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Herminio Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo SACAEMPATE's supporters rose to their feet, but Herminio Furtado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jean-Charles Graffin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Herminio Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herminio Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jean-Charles Graffin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Laureano Senio made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Giant Killing's goalkeeper Jean-Charles Graffin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herminio Furtado. 56 minutes into the game, Damian Birila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo SACAEMPATE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Giant Killing the free kick. Damian Birila hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Herminio Furtado scored 0-2 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jean-Charles Graffin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Giant Killing's Laureano Senio, in the 65th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Giant Killing. Ambrosio Eufemio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jean-Charles Graffin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st match minute, Giant Killing was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Hotz to maneuver through the defense. Jean-Charles Graffin made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Damian Birila sent off a good shot on target. Damian Birila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jean-Charles Graffin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herminio Furtado in the 76th minute. In the 77th minute, Remigio Costante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Herminio Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herminio Furtado hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ambrosio Eufemio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, Giant Killing's goalkeeper Jean-Charles Graffin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herminio Furtado. Deportivo SACAEMPATE's Damian Birila got his second yellow card of the match in the 94th minute. The referee ordered Damian Birila off the ground. Damian Birila kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The Giant Killing fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Deportivo SACAEMPATE were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
