Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ignacio Quilino started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gilberto Incendio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Mattin in the 4th minute of the match. A collision led to Meseta getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Higinio Manni hit a great ball. Gilberto Incendio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricardo Misael went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 14 played minutes ToCogollo got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Iturri. When Meseta's Ignacio Quilino in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ToCogollo's goalie prevented a goal. Higinio Manni's late challenge caught a ToCogollo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Higinio Manni helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes Meseta got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Manni. When Marco Mattin came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the ToCogollo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Mattin couldn't finish the play. Venancio Blasco hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Ignacio Quilino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eduardo Eudoxio kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Geronimo Lauro made a precise shot to the right of Gavino Arias. ToCogollo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Ricardo Misael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Gilberto Incendio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ignacio Quilino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marco Mattin to make the kick off. Ricardo Misael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ignacio Quilino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Arias having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ricardo Misael got free with Gilberto Incendio in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Meseta's Higinio Manni got his second yellow card of the match in the 63rd minute. The referee ordered Higinio Manni off the ground. Higinio Manni kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Ricardo Misael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute Marco Mattin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Incendio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Marco Mattin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gilberto Incendio. The goal made the score 1-2. In the 76th match minute, Meseta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Berbiz to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Misael might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilberto Incendio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardo Misael ran back to his position shaking his head. Ignacio Quilino's late challenge caught a ToCogollo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ignacio Quilino helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ToCogollo booed when Meseta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Quilino didn't get a good kick on the ball. ToCogollo's Evaristo Sansone shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 81st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gilberto Incendio but with some difficulty. In the 84th minute, Marco Mattin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ricardo Misael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 86 minutes into the match, ToCogollo's Ricardo Misael sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilberto Incendio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Meseta's Geronimo Lauro got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The ToCogollo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ToCogollo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
