The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bonifacio Reynardo in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonio Cefero saved Feltón from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnaldo Nesto during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 18 minutes into the game, one of Feltón:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 21st minute there was a penalty for Ranquilcó FC. Rogelio Cordeara stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Antonio Cefero. 0-1. In the 25th minute, Gabriel Maraman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Epifanio Benet struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Antonio Cefero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ranquilcó FC. In the 31st minute Epifanio Benet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Cefero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horacio Gergori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Abaurre having to interfere. In the 41stth minute of the game Agustin Ciceron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ranquilcó FC's Jimeno Abaurre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Agustin Ciceron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jimeno Abaurre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gustavo Goito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Agustin Ciceron to strike the kick off in the second half. When Epifanio Benet came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Ranquilcó FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Epifanio Benet couldn't finish the play. Jimeno Abaurre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horacio Gergori went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 61 minutes into the game, Horacio Gergori was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Feltón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ranquilcó FC the free kick. Jimeno Abaurre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Gergori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustin Ciceron in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jimeno Abaurre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 82 minutes into the match, Agustin Ciceron had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jimeno Abaurre. Ranquilcó FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustin Ciceron was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. After 85 played minutes Feltón got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Naelio. In the 87th minute Epifanio Benet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Cefero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Iker Ponc fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Feltón's protests and gave Iker Ponc a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th minute, Iker Ponc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Epifanio Benet in the 91st managed to get into a good position.
