After a rather tough play, Cangrejilla FC's Elpidio Isias got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 9th match minute, Cangrejilla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Bertran to maneuver through the defense. In the 14thth minute of the game Igor Chale who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Antideportivo's Nestor Baladi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Feliberto Lawrence hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, Cangrejilla FC's Igor Chale sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nestor Baladi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Elpidio Isias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Thomas in the 23rd minute of play forced Deportivo Antideportivo's goalkeeper Nestor Baladi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute of the match Esteve Selmo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gilberto Guter skillfully saved the ball. Nestor Baladi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Chale, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. If Igor Chale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the game, Gavino Vedillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Antideportivo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cangrejilla FC the free kick. The supporters of Cangrejilla FC booed when Deportivo Antideportivo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Vedillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 54 played minutes Cangrejilla FC got a freekick which was hit by Igor Chale. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Nereo Txanton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Antideportivo's supporters rose to their feet, but Nereo Txanton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilberto Guter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Severiano George fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Guter having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Igor Chale got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some careless play in the Cangrejilla FC defense, Nereo Txanton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilberto Guter. The Cangrejilla FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilberto Guter should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Antideportivo's Jaime Otsoa got a free kick in the 78th minute. A collision led to Deportivo Antideportivo getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Feliberto Lawrence hit a great ball. Cangrejilla FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
