Cosme Montes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Derwin in the 4th minute of the match. A collision led to Apayerey FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Guillermo Santio hit a great ball. If Braulio Oriche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeronimo Palos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Montes having to interfere. In the 14th minute Jeronimo Palos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Montes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The attack was good, but when Jeronimo Palos in the 16th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. If Saturnino Pero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ariel Claris made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Hipolito Nesor sent off a good shot on target. Cosme Montes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Oriche in the 27th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Braulio Oriche in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cosme Montes saved Apayerey FC from getting behind. Jeronimo Palos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Apayerey FC's Saturnino Pero suffered a sore thigh after 42 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 42 minutes, Eloy Koldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atraucó AFC and the Apayerey FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Apayerey FC booed when Atraucó AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eloy Koldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diego Sergi, 44 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.

The wind increased when Hipolito Nesor made the kick off in the second half. Atraucó AFC's Ariel Claris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Nesor in the 53rd minute of play. Cosme Montes made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Jeronimo Palos sent off a good shot on target. Cosme Montes was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Braulio Oriche capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Braulio Oriche really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Jeronimo Palos struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Cosme Montes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atraucó AFC. Braulio Oriche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Cosme Montes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute Hipolito Nesor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Claris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute Guillermo Santio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Claris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Diego Sergi fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Apayerey FC's protests and gave Diego Sergi a yellow card for diving instead. Diego Sergi kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Apayerey FC's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Oriche came free, but Cosme Montes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 91 minutes, Hipolito Nesor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Apayerey FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hipolito Nesor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hipolito Nesor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Claris having to interfere.
