When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Carlos Eyague put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Amado Ralondo. Filiberto Eladio kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Carlos Eyague shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Ralondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Rogelio Raebert got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 35 minutes into the match, Gnecco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Sanduru came free, but Pankracy Balkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Inocencio Berasko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Eyague to strike the kick off in the second half. Gnecco AFC's Carlos Eyague got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pankracy Balkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Sanduru, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingo Regis during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in razr fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Amado Ralondo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Inocencio Berasko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 minutes, Remigio Dubardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the razr and the Gnecco AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 91 played minutes Gnecco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Eyague. 96 minutes into the match, razr's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Eyague came free, but Amado Ralondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Inocencio Berasko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gnecco AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocencio Berasko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amado Ralondo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Gnecco AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than razr throughout the match.
