Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Vela started the match with the kick off. EL ROJO TUCUMANO's Dennis Sundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Gimenez in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Joel Vela notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gmo Brown's Korkut Özver. Korkut Özver was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dennis Sundberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Gimenez in the 11th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, EL ROJO TUCUMANO's Artemio Goizeder got a free kick in the 15th minute. Uriel Ekialde shot from long distance in the 16th minute, but Dennis Sundberg was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. With a little luck, EL ROJO TUCUMANO's Dennis Sundberg got control of the ball when Igor Sandalio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute, Artemio Goizeder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Uriel Ekialde from long distance, 25 minutes into the match, got Dennis Sundberg's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Dennis Sundberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Gimenez in the 30th minute of play. In the 39th match minute, EL ROJO TUCUMANO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artemio Goizeder to maneuver through the defense. Joel Vela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Gmo Brown defense, Carmelo Mitxel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Korkut Özver. The Gmo Brown fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Korkut Özver should have stopped the shot. After the first half EL ROJO TUCUMANO were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Narciso Laffitte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Igor Tolino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Narciso Laffitte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Dennis Sundberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Carmelo Mitxel took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Korkut Özver to make any attempt to save it. 81 minutes into the game, Miguel Ofelio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gmo Brown's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL ROJO TUCUMANO the free kick. After a rather tough play, Gmo Brown's Miguel Ofelio got a free kick in the 81st minute. Edgard Gimenez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 92 minutes, Narciso Laffitte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gmo Brown's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narciso Laffitte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Narciso Laffitte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute, Edgard Gimenez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dennis Sundberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. The EL ROJO TUCUMANO players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
