Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Octavio Isias got the match started through his kick off. EL ROJO TUCUMANO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Godfredo Fonso scored to the left of an out of position Dennis Sundberg, making the score, 1-0. In the 10th minute of the match Francisco Fero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dennis Sundberg skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in EL ROJO TUCUMANO's zone, Godfredo Fonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennis Sundberg came out of the goal and Godfredo Fonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the game, Joel Vela cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Eduardo Quinton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olascoaga FC's goalkeeper Eduardo Quinton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eduardo Quinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmelo Mitxel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Olascoaga FC's Godfredo Fonso got a free kick in the 20th minute. Zeledon Amor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Dennis Sundberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octavio Isiass short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Dennis Sundberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 28th minute Joel Vela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Quinton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Octavio Isias came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Olascoaga FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Octavio Isias couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute, Octavio Isias fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Fero during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Francisco Fero hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After 44 minutes, Octavio Isias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olascoaga FC and the EL ROJO TUCUMANO players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of EL ROJO TUCUMANO booed when Olascoaga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavio Isias didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Vela stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eduardo Quinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Vela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 55 played minutes Olascoaga FC got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Fero. 57 minutes into the match, Artemio Goizeder notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Olascoaga FC's Eduardo Quinton. Eduardo Quinton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 60th match minute, EL ROJO TUCUMANO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artemio Goizeder to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Octavio Isias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olascoaga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Octavio Isias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dennis Sundberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 64 minutes into the match, Olascoaga FC's goalkeeper Eduardo Quinton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carmelo Mitxel. In the 66th match minute, EL ROJO TUCUMANO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Orlandus to maneuver through the defense. After 68 played minutes Olascoaga FC got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Pepillo. 69 minutes into the match, Olascoaga FC's goalkeeper Eduardo Quinton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carmelo Mitxel. If Godfredo Fonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduardo Quinton was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carmelo Mitxel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 72 minute of play. After 76 minutes of play EL ROJO TUCUMANO's Artemio Goizeder was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Godfredo Fonso struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Dennis Sundberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olascoaga FC. Francisco Fero kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Octavio Isias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dennis Sundberg was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. 90 minutes into the game, Carlos Nastasio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olascoaga FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL ROJO TUCUMANO the free kick. Carlos Nastasio hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Raimundo Urtats took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dennis Sundberg. Dennis Sundberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. The Olascoaga FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing EL ROJO TUCUMANO to win.
