The supporters of Talleres de Cba booed when Lutti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Locaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnaldo Chale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo James having to interfere. When Talleres de Cba's Arnaldo Chale in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lutti's goalie prevented a goal. With his leg Teofilo James managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Talleres de Cba's Delmiro Gaskon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 19th minute, Talleres de Cba's Arnaldo Chale ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teofilo James. Teofilo James yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Rodolfo Laurendi kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 22nd minute by Cleto Mark got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With an all-out effort, Talleres de Cba's Teofilo James threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arnaldo Chale, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Chale in the 25th minute of play forced Lutti's goalkeeper Teofilo James to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofilo Seme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Laurendi, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Teofilo Seme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Laurendi in the 28th minute of play. If Cleto Mark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnaldo Chale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cleto Marks short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Teofilo James to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Lutti's Teofilo James got control of the ball when Cleto Mark tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 40 minutes, Cleto Mark managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talleres de Cba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cleto Mark was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Talleres de Cba getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Arnoldo Jago hit a great ball. Teofilo James stood somewhat misplaced when Cleto Mark came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 47 minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodolfo Laurendi to strike the kick off in the second half. If Rodolfo Laurendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Talleres de Cba's Cleto Mark in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lutti's goalie prevented a goal. After 62 minutes, Cleto Mark made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Lutti's Teofilo James tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lutti's Teofilo James played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Mark in the 71st minute of play. Alberto Innocenzio hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Teofilo James came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Talleres de Cba's Cleto Mark. But to his dismay, Cleto Mark quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Rodolfo Laurendi kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Teofilo James stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cleto Mark's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. If Rodolfo Laurendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
