Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carlos Fernandes started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Saul Olando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Laprida FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Mauricio Stanislao hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Mauricio Stanislao managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laprida FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauricio Stanislao was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogelio Seber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Fernan Tajo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximino Lonzo was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernan Tajo in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Lonzo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 21st minute, Fernan Tajo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Roosevelt FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Eduardo Caetano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Rogelio Seber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Seber having to interfere. The Roosevelt FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernan Tajo made a kick off. Fernan Tajo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Maximino Lonzo 55 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernan Tajo in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximino Lonzo saved Laprida FC from getting behind. Rogelio Seber came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Laprida FC's Mauricio Stanislao. After a defensive mix-up in Roosevelt FC's zone, Carlos Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogelio Seber came out of the goal and Carlos Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute Mauricio Stanislao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Seber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roosevelt FC's Rogelio Seber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Stanislao in the 76th minute of play. Roosevelt FC's Fernan Tajo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 78th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 90 minutes, Fernan Tajo made it 1-6 with a short kick to the right side. Laprida FC's Maximino Lonzo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Roosevelt FC's Rogelio Seber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Stanislao in the 98th minute of play. Roosevelt FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
