Anselmo Domeka's late challenge caught a Club Atletico River Plate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anselmo Domeka helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for La Vendetta! The referee gave Club Atletico River Plate a penalty, 23 minutes into the game. The audience was convinced that Ilias Bouzoukis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Hotz was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Eleuterio Sergi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 minutes, Pang Ming Zhen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atletico River Plate and the La Vendetta players grew even worse after the yellow card. Club Atletico River Plate's Paolo Porfiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Chus in the 32nd minute of play. Serafin Egoitz charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafin Egoitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The wind increased when Albano Bartuelo made the kick off in the second half. Marcos Enmanuel hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. La Vendetta's Fabian Hotz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilias Bouzoukis in the 54th minute of play. Fabian Hotz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilias Bouzoukis, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 59th minute Ilias Bouzoukis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Hotz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Santo Chus kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paolo Porfiro. That made the score 2-2 in the 69 minute of play.
