Nunez Cerilo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 15 minutes into the match, Amistad de Barrio's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Erasto came free, but Nunez Cerilo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eriberto Fiz scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nunez Cerilo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute, Julian Bernaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nunez Cerilo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Erasto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eriberto Fiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Nunez Cerilo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ulises Dolcet fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Amistad de Barrio's protests and gave Ulises Dolcet a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes Amistad de Barrio got a freekick which was hit by Ulises Dolcet. Cosme Saturnin struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Angelo Ermengol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amistad de Barrio. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cosme Saturnin to make the kick off. The supporters of Kadabra booed when Amistad de Barrio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulises Dolcet didn't get a good kick on the ball. One of Amistad de Barrio:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kadabra:s goal. Kadabra's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
