Isidro Bikendi hit a great ball. Emilio Timo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Pastor Guilabertus made a huge save. 29 minutes into the game, Arnoldo Clis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Silípica FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mhirmel Futbol Club the free kick. After a rather tough play, Silípica FC's Arnoldo Clis got a free kick in the 29th minute. Daniel Luar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uuno Olev having to interfere. When Gervasio Ihintza fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Silípica FC's protests and gave Gervasio Ihintza a yellow card for diving instead. Daniel Luar took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Uuno Olev. Uuno Olev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Eduardo Heli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 46th play minutes Eduardo Heli shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Uuno Olev and just under the crossbar into goal.

A collision led to Mhirmel Futbol Club getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Nicasio Dunixi hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilio Timo during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Mhirmel Futbol Club booed when Silípica FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Timo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uuno Olev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Luar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A wasted opportunity for Silípica FC. After having played for 85 minutes, Arnoldo Clis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Silípica FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnoldo Clis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Emilio Timo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Emilio Timo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pastor Guilabertus was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Mhirmel Futbol Club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
