After a rather tough play, Reading a Book's Teofilo Estebe got a free kick in the 3rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matias Jayvier got free with Christian Gasteiz in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Reading a Book's Serafin Fortun got a free kick in the 6th minute. If Santiago Lorencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 16th minute there was a penalty for Reading a Book. Serafin Fortun stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Erubiel Oroitz. 0-1. Christian Gasteiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matias Jayvier in the 25th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Reading a Book fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Parravicini a penalty, 28 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Faustino Paez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Reading a Book's Christian Gasteiz. 1-1. Serafin Fortun kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Dionisio Donio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christian Gasteiz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 40th minute, Teofilo Estebe made a precise shot to the right of Erubiel Oroitz. Parravicini's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Anselmo Nataniel hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Marcelo Pitin sped through Parravicini's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Erubiel Oroitz.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dionisio Donio to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Reading a Book got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Cresenciano. Teofilo Estebe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Reading a Book's Marcelo Pitin in 60 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Erubiel Oroitz guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Teofilo Estebe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reading a Book's supporters rose to their feet, but Teofilo Estebe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erubiel Oroitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teofilo Estebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reading a Book's Marcelo Pitin got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anselmo Nataniel kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. A collision led to Parravicini getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Matias Jayvier hit a great ball. Aquilino Mannie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Oroitz having to interfere. If Teofilo Estebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelo Pitin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafin Fortun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Reading a Book left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Parravicini.
