Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Quenomá AFC's Epifanio Montel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chenaut FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Hermelando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Chenaut FC booed when Quenomá AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Emesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute of the match Maximino Emeterio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pablo Burni showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Carmelo Hurko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Pablo Burni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carmelo Hurko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pablo Burni having to interfere. Aaron Emesto's late challenge caught a Chenaut FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aaron Emesto helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Quenomá AFC's Aaron Emesto got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Chenaut FC's Ezequiel Oto got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Epifanio Montel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Hermelando having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, Epifanio Montel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ovidio Hermelando. Epifanio Montel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Pablo Burni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Hurko in the 34th minute of the match. Pablo Burni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ezequiel Oto went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hernan Hermon during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 39 played minutes Quenomá AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Hermon. 43 minutes into the match, Carmelo Hurko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pablo Burni. Quenomá AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carmelo Hurko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After the first half Chenaut FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Ezequiel Oto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chenaut FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Oto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pablo Burni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chenaut FC's Ezequiel Oto got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pablo Burni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Oto in the 58th minute of play. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chenaut FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Hermelando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Ezequiel Oto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Quenomá AFC defense, Ezequiel Oto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pablo Burni. The Quenomá AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pablo Burni should have stopped the shot. Ezequiel Oto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santos Gudesteo hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. If Braulio Vergaray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Emesto was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Quenomá AFC's Aaron Emesto got a free kick in the 93rd minute. With a little luck, Quenomá AFC's Pablo Burni got control of the ball when Carmelo Hurko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chenaut FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
