The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Uriel Macerio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Uriel Macerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Christobal in the 12th minute of the match. The supporters of SDT SPORT booed when La Gallardeta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Sanduru didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 16th play minutes Emilio Christobal shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Uriel Macerio and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 21st minute, Teobaldo Azibar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidoro Artaldo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Emilio Christobal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uriel Macerio having to interfere. Teobaldo Azibar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isidoro Artaldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emilio Christobal to make the kick off. Joel Mateo in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Uriel Macerio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 70 minutes, Conrado Sanduru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Gallardeta and the SDT SPORT players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute, SDT SPORT's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Joel Mateo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In a very dangerous position, a player in SDT SPORT fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! In the 81st minute there was a penalty for La Gallardeta. German Urbasa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Uriel Macerio. 2-3. Emilio Christobal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Uriel Macerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 98th minute Emilio Christobal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Macerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded La Gallardeta left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SDT SPORT.
