Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emilio Christobal started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Acuña's goalkeeper Martin Bartoleme, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joel Mateo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Martin Bartoleme made a huge save. A collision led to Acuña getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Celestino Oliverios hit a great ball. A collision led to La Gallardeta getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Conrado Sanduru hit a great ball. La Gallardeta's Isidoro Artaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Oliverios in the 23rd minute of play. After 28 minutes, Celestino Oliverios mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Acuña and the La Gallardeta players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th minute of the match, Joel Mateo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Martin Bartoleme was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Emilio Christobal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Bartoleme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Christobal, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute, Ariel Ostargi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benedicto Maraman kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Martin Bartoleme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joel Mateo in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute, Joel Mateo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melquiades Telesforo to strike the kick off in the second half. Melquiades Telesforo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Isidoro Artaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Zeledon Vincente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Tabor's shot from long distance in the 60th minute was not bad at all, but La Gallardeta's Isidoro Artaldo knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. 64 minutes into the game, Fabian Javiar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Gallardeta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Acuña the free kick. After a rather tough play, La Gallardeta's Fabian Javiar got a free kick in the 64th minute. Melquiades Telesforo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Artaldo having to interfere. After 71 played minutes La Gallardeta got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Javiar. Bruno Tabor, 71 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Emilio Christobal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Melquiades Telesforo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 78 played minutes, La Gallardeta's German Urbasa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Martin Bartoleme came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La Gallardeta reached it. Celestino Oliverios got his second yellow card in the match during the 79th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Acuña's Celestino Oliverios got a free kick in the 79th minute. Emilio Christobal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Bartoleme having to interfere. After 84 minutes of play, La Gallardeta's Joel Mateo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Bartoleme was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Acuña getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Melquiades Telesforo hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute, Joel Mateo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, La Gallardeta's Isidoro Artaldo got control of the ball when Ariel Ostargi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Acuña were furious when Luisito Hurko was red carded, 98 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. For all the effort they put into the match, the Acuña players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for La Gallardeta.
