Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Robustiano Gil got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Remigio Cambranes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Ongile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Ler was slow to take the kick. During this time Upinango AFC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Sebastian Ler almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chalicán FC's Antonio Ongile did a great save.

Chalicán FC made a substitution. Lisandro Cruz replaced Leopoldo Belarmo. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicanor Llin was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Benicio Atarratze's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Feliciano Oihenarte was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benicio Atarratze in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Conrado Colas's late challenge caught a Upinango AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The Upinango AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Upinango AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
