In the 12th minute, Gaston Amor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iacob Petruț was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Gaston Amor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Milio charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelo Milio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th match minute, JUVENTUD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Milio to maneuver through the defense. After 29 played minutes JUVENTUD got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Ted. If Ubaldo Nikola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iacob Petruț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Asteri in the 37th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Darwen Football Club's goalkeeper Iacob Petruț had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cornelio Francho. When Anselmo Asteri came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the JUVENTUD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Asteri couldn't finish the play. Anselmo Asteri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Iacob Petruț tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th match minute, JUVENTUD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Ted to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anselmo Asteri was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute Anselmo Asteri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iacob Petruț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iacob Petruț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bonifacio Ted, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Asteri in the 64th minute of play forced Darwen Football Club's goalkeeper Iacob Petruț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Laurin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Odilon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. JUVENTUD's Leon Laurin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Odilon in the 67th minute of play. Iacob Petruț showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Asteri, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 71st match minute, Darwen Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Bonifaco to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute Anselmo Asteri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iacob Petruț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Anselmo Asteri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iacob Petruț. Darwen Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anselmo Asteri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. If Anselmo Odilon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iacob Petruț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Amor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, JUVENTUD's Cornelio Francho got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Anselmo Odilon struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Leon Laurin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Darwen Football Club. Darwen Football Club's Iacob Petruț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Amor in the 88th minute of play. Gaston Amor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iacob Petruț having to interfere. In the 91st match minute, Darwen Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Bonifaco to maneuver through the defense. Iker Jatsu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Leon Laurin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. JUVENTUD walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
