Lobocó AFC's Benigno Iratxo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Lobocó AFC from getting a goal against them. When Rinconada's Marciano Felo in 30 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Benigno Iratxo guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Benigno Iratxo made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Lucas Urdaspal sent off a good shot on target. After 34 played minutes Lobocó AFC got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Dalmai. Marciano Felo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benigno Iratxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Felo, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Lobocó AFC's Fabian Urko got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The wind increased when Marciano Felo made the kick off in the second half. Bernardino Gonza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Elia having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Fabian Urko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Rinconada's zone, Bernardino Gonza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Elia came out of the goal and Bernardino Gonza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Rinconada's Lucas Urdaspal in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lobocó AFC's goalie prevented a goal. When Marciano Felo came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Rinconada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marciano Felo couldn't finish the play. Lucas Urdaspal struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Benigno Iratxo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rinconada.
