An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Ihintza in the 6th minute of play forced Smitten FC's goalkeeper Robert Lidberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tunuyán AFC's Filomeno Gaitano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chu Di Jun in the 18th minute of play. Norberto Luzea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Gaitano having to interfere. Leopoldo Derwin kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Norberto Luzea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filomeno Gaitano was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. When Gustavo Eliazar fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Smitten FC's protests and gave Gustavo Eliazar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th match minute, Smitten FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Eliazar to maneuver through the defense. Anibal Firmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Robert Lidberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filomeno Gaitano was a little too slow when Romulo Loiola got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 2-0. Norberto Luzea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 35 minutes into the game, Norberto Luzea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Filomeno Gaitano. Norberto Luzea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The audience was convinced that Norberto Luzea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filomeno Gaitano was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Norberto Luzea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Gaitano having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Chu Di Jun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Smitten FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chu Di Jun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filomeno Gaitano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chu Di Jun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Filomeno Gaitano made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Romulo Loiola sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Filomeno Gaitano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chu Di Jun's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. In the 54thth minute of the game Norberto Luzea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tunuyán AFC's Filomeno Gaitano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chu Di Jun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Smitten FC fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Smitten FC's Norberto Luzea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Norberto Luzea came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Smitten FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Luzea couldn't finish the play. Chu Di Jun scored 5-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filomeno Gaitano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Smitten FC's Robert Lidberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Smitten FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Tunuyán AFC's zone, Norberto Luzea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filomeno Gaitano came out of the goal and Norberto Luzea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Smitten FC's Chu Di Jun suffered a sore thigh after 74 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Leopoldo Derwin fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tunuyán AFC's protests and gave Leopoldo Derwin a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Smitten FC booed when Tunuyán AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Derwin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romulo Loiola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Gaitano having to interfere. Norberto Luzea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filomeno Gaitano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Norberto Luzea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filomeno Gaitano was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Smitten FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
