Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Melquiades Fliz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Niceto Goren put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rodolfo Artizar. In the 11th minute, Igor Evis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rodolfo Artizar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Niceto Goren came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Marlom Fútbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niceto Goren couldn't finish the play. Rodolfo Artizar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Medardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. When Lino Ugaitz fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marlom Fútbol Club's protests and gave Lino Ugaitz a yellow card for diving instead. Gaudencio Gilen made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Filiberto Aballe sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Marlom Fútbol Club getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Jairo Egoitz hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Fliz in the 36th minute of play forced Marlom Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Gaudencio Gilen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guido's Rodolfo Artizar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Goren in the 39th minute of play. Gaudencio Gilen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ceferino Aritza in the 41st minute. In the 47th minute of the match Bernabe Segio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gaudencio Gilen skillfully saved the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Niceto Goren made a kick off. In the 51st minute Ceferino Aritza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Gilen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niceto Goren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Rodolfo Artizar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rodolfo Artizar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niceto Goren in the 60th minute. When Jairo Egoitz fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 76th minute, Igor Evis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Filiberto Aballe scored 1-2 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaudencio Gilen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd minute Filiberto Aballe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Gilen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niceto Goren in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodolfo Artizar saved Guido from getting behind. Filiberto Aballe was shown his second yellow card after 87 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 88th minute, Filiberto Aballe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Anacleto Licerio came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Marlom Fútbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anacleto Licerio couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Niceto Goren put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Rodolfo Artizar. Marlom Fútbol Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
