Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amadeo Jatsu started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Roberto Orkatz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 7 minutes, Leonides Goiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capdevila's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonides Goiz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonides Goiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernando Frutos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Jatsu in the 17th minute of the match. Fernando Frutos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonides Goiz in the 25th minute. If Amadeo Jatsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonides Goiz came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fernando Frutos could save by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Saul Janpier managed to get in a good position for a shot. RIvErPlATE's supporters rose to their feet, but Saul Janpier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelino Fresco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonides Goiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeo Jatsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Fernando Frutos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnoldo Salvino made a kick off. A collision led to Capdevila getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Wilfredo Ixaka hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amadeo Jatsu in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Frutos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fernando Frutos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amadeo Jatsu's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. With a little luck, Capdevila's Angelino Fresco got control of the ball when Saul Janpier tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonides Goiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Frutos having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, RIvErPlATE's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Jatsu came free, but Fernando Frutos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Goiz in the 78th minute of play forced RIvErPlATE's goalkeeper Fernando Frutos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Frutos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonides Goiz in the 81st minute of the match. Amadeo Jatsu might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Frutos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amadeo Jatsu ran back to his position shaking his head. 88 minutes into the match, Capdevila's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Salvino came free, but Angelino Fresco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeo Jatsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Fernando Frutos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
