Roversi's Hermengildo Terciero got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roversi's Leonardo Fiz got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13th minute Leonardo Fiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ruy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Leonardo Fiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ruy was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. After 19 minutes of play, Roversi's Leonardo Fiz made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ruy was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th minute, one of Roversi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Roversi. When Flavio Silvino fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Morlaco's protests and gave Flavio Silvino a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Roversi booed when Club Morlaco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Silvino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Felix Florin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Club Morlaco's zone, Leonardo Fiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ruy came out of the goal and Leonardo Fiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrian Lorencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Damaso Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Club Morlaco booed when Roversi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Porfirio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonardo Fiz made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Hermengildo Terciero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Jonathan Ruy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Felix Florin kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Roversi defense, Felix Florin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damaso Cruz. The Roversi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damaso Cruz should have stopped the shot. 67 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Terciero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ruy. Club Morlaco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hermengildo Terciero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Jonathan Ruy stood somewhat misplaced when Leonardo Fiz came free in front of goal and shot 2-5 to the left of him in the 70 minute. If Leonardo Fiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Club Morlaco booed when Roversi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Jurgi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Hermengildo Terciero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ruy was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-6. A collision led to Club Morlaco getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Augusto Arias hit a great ball. After 93 played minutes, Roversi's Lino Florin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ruy came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Roversi reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonardo Fiz in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ruy saved Club Morlaco from getting behind. The Club Morlaco fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Roversi were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
