Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ibarreta's Tiburcio Lucian started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Eugenio Ulizes fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rufino AFC's protests and gave Eugenio Ulizes a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ibarreta booed when Rufino AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Ulizes didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Eugenio Ulizes came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Rufino AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugenio Ulizes couldn't finish the play. 11 minutes into the match, Ibarreta's Tiburcio Lucian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romulo Admon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ramiro Gartzea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tobias Bonifaco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ibarreta's Ruben Demario got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 15 played minutes, Rufino AFC's Jeronimo Sasoin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tobias Bonifaco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rufino AFC reached it. After a rather tough play, Rufino AFC's Norberto Iraitz got a free kick in the 18th minute. Romulo Admon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Lucian in the 20th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Eugenio Ulizes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tobias Bonifaco. Ibarreta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugenio Ulizes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramiro Gartzea in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobias Bonifaco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Eugenio Ulizes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Tiburcio Lucian kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Romulo Admon. That made the score 1-1 in the 35 minute of play. Ramiro Gartzea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eugenio Ulizes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ramiro Gartzea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tobias Bonifaco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Ulizes in the 54th minute of the match. Ramiro Gartzea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Rufino AFC booed when Ibarreta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Piorno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eugenio Ulizes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tobias Bonifaco came out and tried to block the shot, but Eugenio Ulizes slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 62nd minute. Camilo Claude fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romulo Admon having to interfere. Ramiro Gartzea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Bonifaco having to interfere. In the 94th minute Tiburcio Lucian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Admon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
