Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) SENIORS UNITED's Delmar Lidon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Anastasio Bento lost his temper 9 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 12th minute there was a penalty for PECHOS FRÍOS. Virgilio Matei stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ingmar Bermanseder. 0-1. In the 23rd minute, Miromir Mazierski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ingmar Bermanseder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorio Etxatxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. If Jairo Chumo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, SENIORS UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Matei came free, but Ingmar Bermanseder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorio Etxatxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingmar Bermanseder having to interfere. In the 38th minute Jairo Chumo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingmar Bermanseder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 2-1 became the score in the 39th minute when Miromir Mazierski elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Honorio Etxatxu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PECHOS FRÍOS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Honorio Etxatxu made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, PECHOS FRÍOS's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Santxol came free, but Basilio Isaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 53 played minutes SENIORS UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Siro Duardo. Amador Orlanda made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SENIORS UNITED's Miromir Mazierski. Basilio Isaio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Siro Duardo went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Basilio Isaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miromir Mazierski in the 63rd minute of play. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SENIORS UNITED! Miromir Mazierski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the PECHOS FRÍOS defense, Miromir Mazierski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basilio Isaio. The PECHOS FRÍOS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basilio Isaio should have stopped the shot. Ingmar Bermanseder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Etxatxu in the 77th minute of play. Basilio Isaio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miromir Mazierski's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. SENIORS UNITED's Ingmar Bermanseder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save SENIORS UNITED from getting a goal against them. Miromir Mazierski took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basilio Isaio. Basilio Isaio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miromir Mazierski in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basilio Isaio saved PECHOS FRÍOS from getting behind. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by PECHOS FRÍOS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Victorino Santxol was slow to take the kick. During this time SENIORS UNITED's players had a chance to rest. SENIORS UNITED's Victorino Santxol was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Basilio Isaio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Honorio Etxatxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 98 minutes into the match, Virgilio Matei had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ingmar Bermanseder. SENIORS UNITED's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Virgilio Matei was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-3. For all the effort they put into the match, the PECHOS FRÍOS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SENIORS UNITED.
