Mariano Rivero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Ramone in the 6th minute of the match. Mariano Rivero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Galoer in the 7th minute of play. In the 10th minute Lázaro Ramone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Rivero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Rivero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Moise, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Soñadores's zone, Generoso Illan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luciano Aureo came out of the goal and Generoso Illan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tiburcio Abascal charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiburcio Abascal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, PintDogs's Tiburcio Abascal got a free kick in the 15th minute. Mariano Rivero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Ramone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Teobaldo Jorrin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, Soñadores's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Illan came free, but Luciano Aureo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Rivero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Galoer in the 24th minute of play. After 25 minutes of play, Soñadores's Ubaldo Moise made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mariano Rivero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Norberto Abalos kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Mariano Rivero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Ramone in the 31st minute of play. Lázaro Ramone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mariano Rivero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Moise, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 0-2 became the score in the 43rd minute when Fabio Galoer elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. PintDogs's Mariano Rivero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Ramone in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

PintDogs's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Angelino Iyan scored to the left of an out of position Mariano Rivero, making the score, 0-3. When Lázaro Ramone came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Soñadores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lázaro Ramone couldn't finish the play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 62 minutes into the game, when Venancio Galindo put in a rough tackle. In the 62nd minute, one of Soñadores:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Soñadores. In the 69th minute, Eulalio Timo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lázaro Ramone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Mariano Rivero made a huge save. When PintDogs's Eulalio Timo in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Soñadores's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Ubaldo Moise managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soñadores's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ubaldo Moise was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Soñadores's Angelino Iyan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mariano Rivero. That made the score 1-4 after 85 minutes of play. In the 88th minute, Ubaldo Moise hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Soñadores's Lázaro Ramone got a free kick in the 89th minute. Luciano Aureo came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by PintDogs's Eulalio Timo. But to his dismay, Eulalio Timo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4.
