After a rather tough play, Wolfstar FC's Daniel Ostadar got a free kick in the 7th minute. Jonathan Galo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Isadore's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute of the match Diego Tiso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Galo skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that Augusto Isadore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Galo was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After having played for 20 minutes, Augusto Isadore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jonathan Galo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 33 minutes, Diego Tiso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El ciclon and the Wolfstar FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Wolfstar FC booed when El ciclon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Tiso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulises Galeno, 34 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Augusto Isadore managed to get in a good position for a shot. El ciclon's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Isadore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Galo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wolfstar FC's Jonathan Galo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Isadore in the 44th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augusto Isadore in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Galo saved Wolfstar FC from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ramon Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jonathan Galo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 53 minutes into the game, Augusto Isadore cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jonathan Galo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Galo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Isadore in the 57th minute of play. After 61 minutes, Francisco Xabat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El ciclon and the Wolfstar FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to El ciclon getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Francisco Xabat hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Galeno in the 62nd minute of play forced El ciclon's goalkeeper Joaquin Mikeldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Wolfstar FC. Ulises Galeno stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Joaquin Mikeldi. 1-2. Alfredo Cordearo's late challenge caught a Wolfstar FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Cordearo helped the player get up and apologised. Alfredo Cordearo kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Alfredo Cordearo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Galo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Cordearo's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Jonathan Galo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Cordearo in the 95th minute of play forced Wolfstar FC's goalkeeper Jonathan Galo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute, El ciclon's Victoriano Eztebe ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Galo. Jonathan Galo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. El ciclon's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
