An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Beti in the 14th minute of play forced MMCE FC's goalkeeper Marco Lauren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th match minute, MMCE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Izotz to maneuver through the defense. After 15 played minutes, BICHOM FC's Salvador Florinio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marco Lauren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BICHOM FC reached it. Nicanor Demario hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Romain Vervaet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arturo Tohias in the 25th minute. Marco Lauren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Roldan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Lauren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Santo in the 27th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Florencio Roldan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Lauren. MMCE FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florencio Roldan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Arturo Tohias fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MMCE FC's protests and gave Arturo Tohias a yellow card for diving instead. BICHOM FC's Romain Vervaet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save BICHOM FC from getting a goal against them. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 46th minute, but Romain Vervaet got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving BICHOM FC hanging dry this time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicanor Demario to strike the kick off in the second half. Nicanor Demario struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Romain Vervaet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MMCE FC. Marco Lauren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Roldan, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 64 played minutes MMCE FC got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Izotz. Florencio Roldan might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Lauren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florencio Roldan ran back to his position shaking his head. Romain Vervaet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Tohias, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 72 minutes into the match, BICHOM FC's Cesar Santo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Lauren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Teodosio Lastur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo Tohias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Florencio Roldan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arturo Tohias was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 79 played minutes MMCE FC got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Tohias. In the 83rd minute, Diego Bermund made a precise shot to the right of Romain Vervaet. BICHOM FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Florencio Roldan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cesar Santo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Honorio Eli fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BICHOM FC's protests and gave Honorio Eli a yellow card for diving instead.
