The audience was convinced that Florencio Roldan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uriel Taurino was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. In the 11th minute of the match Domingos Cisco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Romain Vervaet skillfully saved the ball. Nemesio Oriol's late challenge caught a BICHOM FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nemesio Oriol helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th minute, Nemesio Oriol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BICHOM FC's Romain Vervaet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Quinton in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, BICHOM FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Tello to maneuver through the defense. Romain Vervaet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo George, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo George in the 28th minute of play forced BICHOM FC's goalkeeper Romain Vervaet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute of the match Federico Jaen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Romain Vervaet showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Romain Vervaet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Quinton, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Uriel Taurino didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 44th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florencio Roldan couldn't finish the play. 53 minutes into the game, Ovidio Urbez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Cachorros de Ted's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BICHOM FC the free kick. In the 54th match minute, Los Cachorros de Ted was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Urbez to maneuver through the defense. After 56 played minutes Los Cachorros de Ted got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Quinton. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Quinton got free with Romain Vervaet in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Bernardo George managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Cachorros de Ted's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo George was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romain Vervaet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mariano Tello got his second yellow card in the match during the 66th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Romain Vervaet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo George, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Florencio Roldan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bernardo George had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BICHOM FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Roldan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 93 played minutes Los Cachorros de Ted got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Manilan. In the 98th minute, Los Cachorros de Ted's Bernardo George ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Romain Vervaet. Romain Vervaet yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. There was no doubt that BICHOM FC were the better team. BICHOM FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
