The La Hormiga Atómica fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when La Hormiga Atómica's Blas Noe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Adan Urbasa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ezequiel Suarez. Paredones FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 27th minute Blas Noe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Suarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute Justino Betadur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Nevada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliciano Calvet hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. La Hormiga Atómica's Anselmo Nevada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Betadur in the 33rd minute of play. After 37 minutes, Julian Frederico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paredones FC and the La Hormiga Atómica players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 38 played minutes Paredones FC got a freekick which was hit by Julian Frederico. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blas Noe in the 39th minute of play forced Paredones FC's goalkeeper Ezequiel Suarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Blas Noe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Feliciano Calvet came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the La Hormiga Atómica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliciano Calvet couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Blas Noe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ezequiel Suarez was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Justino Betadur to strike the kick off in the second half. Justino Betadur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Nevada having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Blas Noe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isaias Fliz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcos Hotz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ezequiel Suarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Blas Noe got free with Ezequiel Suarez in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ernesto Garoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blas Noe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Ezequiel Suarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Paredones FC's goalkeeper Ezequiel Suarez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blas Noe. Anselmo Nevada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Raulo in the 68th minute of the match. With his leg Ezequiel Suarez managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when La Hormiga Atómica's Blas Noe fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Blas Noes short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Ezequiel Suarez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Anselmo Nevada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Raulo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adan Urbasa hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Justino Betadur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Blas Noe put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ezequiel Suarez. In the 84th minute, Blas Noe reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ezequiel Suarez. The goal made the score 0-4. When Feliciano Calvet fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Hormiga Atómica's protests and gave Feliciano Calvet a yellow card for diving instead. Feliciano Calvet kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Paredones FC's Jonathan Mercurio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 90th minute, Justino Betadur made a precise shot to the right of Anselmo Nevada. La Hormiga Atómica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. La Hormiga Atómica's Marcos Hotz got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. La Hormiga Atómica's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
