Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ubaldo Mateo started the match with the kick off. Vladimiro Michael kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After having played for 5 minutes, Gabriel Montez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Angualasto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Montez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gabriel Montez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ubaldo Mateo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Epifanio Abella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valentin Nardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Leonel Federigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Gabriel Montez notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Tambillo's Epifanio Abella. Epifanio Abella was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nicanor Urdin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Federigo having to interfere. After 33 played minutes Angualasto FC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Iliana. In the 34th minute, Benedicto Osoro fired a really elegant long shot, but Leonel Federigo threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Gabriel Montez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Abella having to interfere. In the 37th minute Ubaldo Mateo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Abella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Montez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ubaldo Mateo in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Abella prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fulgencio Xacintu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 46 played minutes Angualasto FC got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Mateo.
When Fulgencio Xacintu fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Angualasto FC's protests and gave Fulgencio Xacintu a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubaldo Mateo in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Epifanio Abella saved Tambillo from getting behind. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tambillo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! Romeo Iliana hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Gabriel Montez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicanor Urdin in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Federigo saved Angualasto FC from getting behind. Epifanio Abella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Mateo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ubaldo Mateo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristo Hunfredo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. If Gabriel Montez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Angualasto FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tambillo throughout the match.
