Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Onashaga F.C's Adolfo Matai started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 minutes, Lino Chano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Álzaga and the Onashaga F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 6 played minutes Álzaga got a freekick which was hit by Lino Chano. Arnulfo Rios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eustaquio Clementi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Rios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnulfo Rios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute Arnulfo Rios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Clementi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paolo Mitxaut could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Francisco Tonete made a huge save. Paolo Mitxaut succeeded in the game's 30th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Arnulfo Rios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Clementi having to interfere. Arnulfo Rios took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eustaquio Clementi. Eustaquio Clementi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Arnulfo Rios might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eustaquio Clementi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnulfo Rios ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 42nd minute of the match Hernan Cedro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eustaquio Clementi skillfully saved the ball. In the 43rd match minute, Álzaga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Urbez to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute of the match Álzaga got a corner. Onashaga F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abel Reno ran over to the corner to take the kick. Álzaga's Abel Reno was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Francisco Tonete in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Domingo Esiquio to strike the kick off in the second half. Adolfo Matai charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adolfo Matai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adolfo Matai hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paolo Mitxaut in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Tonete prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Francisco Tonete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Mitxaut in the 54th minute of play. Adolfo Matai kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Arnulfo Rios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Eustaquio Clementi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paolo Mitxaut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. In the 79th match minute, Onashaga F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Araoz to maneuver through the defense. Arnulfo Rios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Clementi having to interfere. If Domingo Esiquio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Onashaga F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Mitxaut came free, but Francisco Tonete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Álzaga's goalkeeper Eustaquio Clementi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
