An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Etor in the 7th minute of play forced Union FC's goalkeeper Antonio Efren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celestino Camerino got free with Antonio Efren in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Union FC's Evelio Jorrin got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lorenzo Bortzaioriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute Jonas Itzaina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Jaunzuria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Efren made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Celestino Camerino sent off a good shot on target. Anibal Jaunzuria dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Antonio Efren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Etor, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Rolando Nuno kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After 95 played minutes Union FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Aresti.
