The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jorge Grabiel the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Lagunillas F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jorge Grabiel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lagunillas F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! The referee gave C.A. Talleres a penalty, 9 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Erlingur Haaland, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lagunillas F.C.'s Mateo Urdin. 0-1. Jonatan Stephen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Urdin having to interfere. Mateo Urdin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Vasco in the 47th minute of the match. The Lagunillas F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.A. Talleres were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Esteban Beltxe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Esteban Beltxe recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mateo Urdin. Esteban Beltxe showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. After some careless play in the Lagunillas F.C. defense, Esteban Beltxe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mateo Urdin. The Lagunillas F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mateo Urdin should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Ticho in the 60th minute of play forced C.A. Talleres's goalkeeper Leonel Tanio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Esteban Beltxe managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. Talleres's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteban Beltxe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateo Urdin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Amadeo Ticho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amadeo Ticho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eloy Abar charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eloy Abar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eloy Abar hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Amadeo Ticho struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Leonel Tanio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lagunillas F.C.. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cirilo Raymond during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cirilo Raymond hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match.
