Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Freddy Tercero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Transito, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. After 5 minutes of play, Suplentes's Bartolo Transito made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Freddy Tercero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Raul Chuse's late challenge caught a Suplentes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raul Chuse helped the player get up and apologised. After 7 played minutes Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Raul Chuse. In the 8th minute, Ramiro Cordeal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Freddy Tercero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 13th minute, Bartolo Transito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Freddy Tercero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Cordeal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Eloy Firmo got a free kick in the 19th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramiro Cordeal in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddy Tercero saved Boca Juniors from getting behind. After having played for 25 minutes, Alvaro Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suplentes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Sidro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ramiro Cordeal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Freddy Tercero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Raul Chuse hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Guaberto Calvet shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Freddy Tercero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ramiro Cordeal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Tercero having to interfere. After the first half Suplentes were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ramiro Cordeal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bartolo Transito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Freddy Tercero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54thth minute of the game Ramiro Cordeal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boca Juniors's Freddy Tercero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 57thth minute of the game Constantino Benitez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Suplentes's Amancio Inautzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Saul Jerico hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Guaberto Calvet, 64 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Bartolo Transito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Tercero having to interfere. Filomeno Herena's late challenge caught a Boca Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filomeno Herena helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th match minute, Suplentes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Herena to maneuver through the defense. Roberto Xabat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Amancio Inautzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bartolo Transito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Freddy Tercero made a huge save. Freddy Tercero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartolo Transito in the 77th minute. After 80 played minutes Suplentes got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Videl. Alvaro Sidro's late challenge caught a Boca Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvaro Sidro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th match minute, Suplentes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Sidro to maneuver through the defense. Cecilio Suarez was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 87th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Cecilio Suarez got a free kick in the 89th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Suplentes's Guaberto Calvet tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Ramiro Cordeal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Suplentes's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
