The Tacupampa FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Brais should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felipe Fiz during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Tacupampa FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Felipe Fiz hit a great ball. Gustavo Criston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Munio having to interfere. In the 28th minute Joaquin Tirso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Brais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 played minutes Tacupampa FC got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Frasco. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Rodrigo Froila managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capillas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Froila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clemente Brais breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Capillas AFC's Rodrigo Froila in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Mario Polo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Criston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

With an all-out effort, Capillas AFC's Clemente Brais threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mario Polo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tacupampa FC's Clemente Brais proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Tacupampa FC from getting a goal against them. Mario Polo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Brais having to interfere. Tacupampa FC's Gustavo Criston got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Camilo Clemencin made a precise shot to the right of Godfredo Munio. Capillas AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Emilio Quirce hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Julian Jacindo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
