The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the game, Amancio Romero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SAD BOY FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LA PELOTA SIEMPRE AL 10 the free kick. After a rather tough play, SAD BOY FC's Amancio Romero got a free kick in the 6th minute. Matias Fresco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Tomi having to interfere. Epifanio Erlantz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Cebrian got free with Gervasio Txilar in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ivan Cebrian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Txilar having to interfere. LA PELOTA SIEMPRE AL 10's Gervasio Txilar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Erlantz in the 22nd minute of play. Matias Fresco struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Pedro Tomi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LA PELOTA SIEMPRE AL 10. After some careless play in the SAD BOY FC defense, Manuel Gabon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Tomi. The SAD BOY FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Tomi should have stopped the shot. Pedro Tomi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Montay in the 31st minute of play. After 32 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SAD BOY FC! Ambrosio Ramos shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 35th minute, Amancio Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gervasio Txilar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Erlantz in the 42nd minute of play. Benito Jerardo kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Ambrosio Ramos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pedro Tomi. SAD BOY FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When SAD BOY FC's Epifanio Erlantz in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Gervasio Txilar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Cebrian in the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Erlantz in the 71st minute of play forced LA PELOTA SIEMPRE AL 10's goalkeeper Gervasio Txilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gervasio Txilar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Erlantz in the 73rd minute of play. If Epifanio Erlantz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in LA PELOTA SIEMPRE AL 10's zone, Ivan Cebrian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gervasio Txilar came out of the goal and Ivan Cebrian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SAD BOY FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of LA PELOTA SIEMPRE AL 10 for a fine match.
