After having played for 9 minutes, Joel Solustiano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argentinos del Norte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Solustiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Virgilio Dayam struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Erasmo Napier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ordoqui FC. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Argentinos del Norte's goalkeeper Erasmo Napier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 18 minutes, Francisco Txeru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Argentinos del Norte and the Ordoqui FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Francisco Txeru hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Hernan Jaunzuria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Solustiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Solustiano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hernan Jaunzuria read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Ordoqui FC's Hernan Jaunzuria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Solustiano in the 28th minute of play. Horacio Eguen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Horacio Eguen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hernan Jaunzuria was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Horacio Eguen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Argentinos del Norte's supporters rose to their feet, but Horacio Eguen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hernan Jaunzuria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Ordoqui FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Gonzalo Refugio hit a great ball. Joel Solustiano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Hernan Jaunzuria skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Adolfo Vargas charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adolfo Vargas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th minute, one of Ordoqui FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ordoqui FC. In the 59th minute, Argentinos del Norte got a penalty, and Jose Nafarroa placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Horacio Eguen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 64th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 68 played minutes Argentinos del Norte got a freekick which was hit by Americo Roland. Valentin Gonzales kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Erasmo Napier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nunez Olando went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 75th minute, Horacio Eguen fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The attack was good, but when Joel Solustiano in the 75th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Joel Solustiano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Hernan Jaunzuria made a huge save. Argentinos del Norte's Horacio Eguen got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Joel Solustiano came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Argentinos del Norte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Solustiano couldn't finish the play. Horacio Eguen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Jaunzuria having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Ordoqui FC's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Eguen came free, but Hernan Jaunzuria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Argentinos del Norte's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
