In the 8th minute, Clemente Esiquio made a precise shot to the right of Gustavo Neron. Teddy asociaton sporting's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Edgardo Quinteros hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Guaberto Abancens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Siro Balesio's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Catenaccio FC's Guaberto Abancens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Balesio in the 18th minute of play. In the 27th minute Siro Balesio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Abancens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amador Llope sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Neron made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Clemente Esiquio sent off a good shot on target. In the 34th minute, Arnulfo Misael made a precise shot to the right of Gustavo Neron. Teddy asociaton sporting's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Oalo in the 37th minute of play forced Teddy asociaton sporting's goalkeeper Gustavo Neron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Virgilio Domiku had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustavo Neron. Teddy asociaton sporting's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Virgilio Domiku was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Oalo in the 44th minute of play forced Teddy asociaton sporting's goalkeeper Gustavo Neron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Anselmo Oalo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Gustavo Neron was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Siro Balesio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Catenaccio FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Misael. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Oalo in the 53rd minute of play forced Teddy asociaton sporting's goalkeeper Gustavo Neron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teddy asociaton sporting's Gustavo Neron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Domiku in the 57th minute of play. Gustavo Neron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgilio Domiku, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillermo Esdras hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Amador Llope might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guaberto Abancens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amador Llope ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amador Llope got free with Guaberto Abancens in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustavo Neron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Esiquio in the 72nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Teddy asociaton sporting's zone, Clemente Esiquio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustavo Neron came out of the goal and Clemente Esiquio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Siro Balesio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guaberto Abancens having to make a save. 87 minutes into the match, Teddy asociaton sporting's Nicasio Bertol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guaberto Abancens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Teddy asociaton sporting were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Catenaccio FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jacinto Rosio took the corner. Teddy asociaton sporting's Jacinto Rosio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Guaberto Abancens in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some careless play in the Teddy asociaton sporting defense, Clemente Esiquio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustavo Neron. The Teddy asociaton sporting fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Neron should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Catenaccio FC's zone, Guillermo Esdras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guaberto Abancens came out of the goal and Guillermo Esdras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amador Llope scored 5-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guaberto Abancens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Teddy asociaton sporting's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
