Eliseo Erruki kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Clemente Esiquio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Julio Garaile came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the rotycks FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Garaile couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Anselmo Oalo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romulo Oalo was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Garaile in the 19th minute of play forced Catenaccio FC's goalkeeper Guaberto Abancens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Arnulfo Misael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Julio Garaile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th match minute, rotycks FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Garaile to maneuver through the defense. Anselmo Oalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romulo Oalo having to interfere. Salvador Martinez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Catenaccio FC's zone, Julio Garaile stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guaberto Abancens came out of the goal and Julio Garaile tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Clemente Esiquio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Catenaccio FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Esiquio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romulo Oalo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in rotycks FC's zone, Anselmo Oalo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After some careless play in the Catenaccio FC defense, Julio Garaile kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guaberto Abancens. The Catenaccio FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guaberto Abancens should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Catenaccio FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Jonatan Soin hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute Julio Garaile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Abancens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Virgilio Domiku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
